Description:This Reliability / Testability Engineering position is for the IRST Program with an emphasis on testability. Typical job duties may include:
• Supporting the development of Reliability analyses
• Supporting the development of Testability analyses and Built-In Test (BIT) concepts
• Supporting the development of Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
• Execution of the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) for system anomalies.
• Support of test activities
• Support for design reviews and customer briefings
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited college.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, motivated and result oriented
• Proficiency/experience using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
• Previous experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintainability, and Supportability design practices through LM internship program
• Ability to adapt to an up-tempo work environment, motivated, and result-oriented
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
