Security Clearance Requirement
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Travel Planning (Concur), and other standard company programs.
The selected candidate must be willing to be on-site full-time.
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
The ideal candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments; should be a self-starter able to work independently; should have good attendance and work habits; should have the ability to maintain Vice President confidential/private records and information; should be able to handle more than one task at a time with accuracy; works well with all personality types and is calm when under pressure.
Candidate must also be flexible with their work schedule, available on weekends as needed and able to travel if necessary.
Desired Skills:
The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, should exhibit good job attendance and strong work habits, should be self-motivating and inventive, should be attentive to details and able to produce high-quality work products.
The candidate should have experience supporting executive level staff
The candidate should be trustworthy and dependable.

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Should have an in-depth working knowledge of the standard Lockheed Martin office tools.
Demonstrate ability to coordinate events and symposiums.
This position requires arranging significant travel so prior experience with domestic and international arrangements is strongly preferred.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

- Manage the VP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Set up and maintain Outlook meetings, accept, decline, or reschedule invitations with full awareness of program priorities.
- Plan and execute business meetings and complex program events, handling agenda creation, equipment setup, logistics, and catering.
- Generate, distribute, and archive program documentation and communications for AP staff and partner departments.
- Lead a team of administrative assistants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure consistent service delivery.
