Description:You will be the Associate Manager will lead a team of Operations Analysts who design, build, and execute technical industrial operations projects across Camden's program portfolio. This role combines hands on technical expertise in simulation and data analytics with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that technical insights are translated into actionable, data driven decisions that keep Camden's programs on track and ready for new business opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
• Translate business priorities into quantifiable IE deliverables maintaining Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost and Improvement targets.
• Lead Industrial Engineering projects by converting Key Performance Indicators into actionable objectives.
• Partner with program owners to embed analytics into daily decision making and long term planning.
• Document findings in clear, executive level reports and dashboards.
• Continuously improve simulation methodology, toolsets, and data quality standards.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering or Data Analytics.
• At least Five years' work experience either in manufacturing, data engineering or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical results into business recommendations.
Desired Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Python, R) and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana).
• Experience in automation integration, digital twin or advanced planning for throughput optimization
• Well versed in Industrial, Manufacturing & Systems Engineering principles
• Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
