Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the United States Army and PEO Soldier. The candidate will support the development of DoD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II - IV DoD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities :
- Executes acquisition management across an entire product line
- Coordinates products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
- Able to prepare, configure and staff all Milestone documentation
- Assists with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command
- Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations
- Leads and provides oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
- Assists in providing contract oversight for assigned products
- Maintains and manages the program budget and master schedule
- Identifies cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs
- Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
- Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents
- Leads tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination
- Coordinates contracting actions with local procurement contracting officers
- Performs acquisition strategy requirements
Qualifications :
- DoD Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years' experience in DoD acquisition
- Familiarity with
- Product Lifecycle Management, Project Team Management
- Preparing Acquisition and Contracting documents J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F)
