JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer with a DOD Secret to work from their Scottsdale, AZ facility. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, managing of layout constraints, supporting PWB layout, manufacturing, and integration & test. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: High speed circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs, Advanced memory devices and storage protocols, Design for Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC).

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
