Ops Lab Lead

Key Tasks:
· Support multiple simultaneous RDT&E projects in the OPIR TAP Lab at the Unclassified, Secret, and TS/SCI levels, with the majority of the projects classified Secret. These projects will be developed by industry, academia, FFRDCs, other military and IC agencies. Support will include but is not limited to; providing OPIR TAP Lab RDT&E software framework(s) access to 3rd party software developers, providing expertise in the OPIR TAP Labs software framework, providing knowledge on currently available and potentially available mission data, supporting the gathering and organization of data sets for 3rd party software developers and other activities required to enable 3rd party software developers to execute their contracts with the government.
· Collaborate with individual developers to create an OCI mitigation plan specific to each developer to protect any Proprietary information identified by the developers.
· Support project specific demonstrations, meetings, and design reviews as requested by the Government. These meetings will be focused on OPIR TAP Lab projects. The Contractor shall be responsible for setting up the IT environment as well as coordinating entry procedures with the guests. The Government will provide guidance on agenda and invitation list.
· Plan, organize, announce, and execute regular Integration and Test (I&T) events, expected to occur at the BGIF. The purpose of the I&T events is to highlight holistic (multi-application) OPIR TAP Lab-developed capabilities, foster stakeholder collaboration, and support technical discussions. The events are designed to demonstrate mission processing chains of capabilities to large OPIR stakeholder groups from across the DoD and IC OPIR communities including Government, contractors and academia.
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 130,000 to 210,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
