About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking an ITSM / Tool Administrator to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides technical ownership of the IT Service Management platform used across all service delivery functions, ensuring operational integrity, reporting accuracy, and user enablement.
- Administer and configure the program's ITSM platform (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, or BMC).
- Manage user accounts, workflows, automations, and integration scripts.
- Support reporting and dashboard generation for SLA and KPI tracking.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
- Coordinate with DMI's MyServe integration team for ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
- 5+ years of ITSM tool administration experience.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- Familiarity with Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and workflow automations.
Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
