About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an ITSM / Tool Administrator to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical ownership of the IT Service Management platform used across all service delivery functions, ensuring operational integrity, reporting accuracy, and user enablement.
  • Administer and configure the program's ITSM platform (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, or BMC).
  • Manage user accounts, workflows, automations, and integration scripts.
  • Support reporting and dashboard generation for SLA and KPI tracking.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
  • Coordinate with DMI's MyServe integration team for ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
  • 5+ years of ITSM tool administration experience.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
  • Familiarity with Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and workflow automations.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
