Windows System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support our client’s mission-critical infrastructure. This role involves managing and maintaining Windows-based systems, ensuring security compliance, and delivering reliable solutions that meet organizational standards.
Responsibilities
Perform systems administration tasks, including design, integration, and implementation of Windows infrastructure.
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
Ensure systems meet quality and security requirements in alignment with project goals.
Provide general support and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant systems administration experience.
IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
Active Secret Clearance (must be current).
Preferred Skills
Strong background in Windows infrastructure.
Expertise in Active Directory administration and GPO management/deployment.
Basic understanding of firewall configuration.
Experience with endpoint security, including antivirus/EDR tools, firewall policies, and patching practices.
Familiarity with Zero Trust principles, especially the seven-pillar framework, is a plus.
