The PCE is integral to the successful construction of a large, multi-building compound. Our dedication to excellence in project controls—including scheduling, invoicing, and change management—ensures that we meet the expectations of our clients in both commercial and government sectors.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope and requirements.
Develop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the project team and subcontractors.
Monitor and report on-site and off-site construction activities to produce accurate monthly schedule reports.
Prepare and submit timely monthly invoices, ensuring accurate accounting of costs related to materials and labor.
Document potential changes and coordinate with the project team to preserve all relevant correspondence and records.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
General knowledge of commercial and government construction contracting methods.
Proficiency in Primavera (P6) software and understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM).
Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum high school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred, along with relevant project controls experience.
Current Department of Defense secret security clearance or higher is required
Previous international and government contracting experience is preferred
