Logistician

Summary

• Delta Point is actively seeking a mission-driven Logistician with GCSS-Army experience to support critical logistics and supply chain operations at?Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). This role is ideal for a highly motivated former or current Army supply specialist (preferably 92A MOS) with a strong working knowledge of Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate within GCSS-Army to manage inventory, requisitions, receipts, and issue transactions

• Track and manage equipment and material readiness across various supply classes

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuing of Army equipment

• Maintain accurate property book and hand receipt accountability

• Perform data entry, reporting, and audits using GCSS-Army

• Coordinate logistics support activities across units and departments

• Interface with military and civilian personnel to ensure mission continuity

• Support periodic inventory, reconciliation, and inspections

• Assist in maintaining operational readiness of the supply chain in a depot environment

Required Technical Skills

• Military MOS Experience:?92A (Automated Logistical Specialist), or similar

• Experience:?1-3 years of hands-on GCSS-Army system operation

• Education:?High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

• Clearance:?Active DoD Secret Clearance required

• Knowledge of Army property accountability and logistics regulations (AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1)

• Experience with Decisions Support Tool (DST)

• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
