Position Title: Management Analyst II
Location: Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Philadelphia, PA
Clearance Requirement: Department of Defense Secret Clearance (Active or Interim)
Work Schedule: Forty hour work week schedule with some overtime allowed. Approximately 95% on-site at NSWCPD; up to 5% travel as required.
Contingency: This position is contingent upon contract award

Background:
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is the Navy’s Center for Excellence for ships and ship systems, providing full-spectrum research, development, testing, evaluation, and fleet support for both surface and undersea vehicles. NSWCPD serves as NAVSEA’s primary Land Based Engineering Test Site (LBTS), conducting diagnostics and evaluations of emerging and prototype systems. The Compatibility Test Facility (CTF) at NSWCPD requires contractor support to execute business operations functions critical to program success, including financial, logistics, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, review, and analyze information to provide actionable recommendations to Government leadership.
• Manage and organize records and documentation, ensuring proper configuration and accessibility.
• Schedule, coordinate, and document meetings, briefings, and program updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership through clear written and verbal communications.
• Support continuous process improvement and quality initiatives within CTF operations.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to make recommendations to the Government. Experience managing records/documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring configuration management is required.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily on-site at NSWCPD (approximately 95%), with limited travel (approximately 5%) expected.
