Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support licensed electricians in various tasks related to electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively on Industrial site. The Electrician Assistant will gain hands-on experience while contributing to projects that involve industrial electrical work.
Duties
Supports an electrician in maintaining and installing electrical and networking systems in a large industrial facility. Assists with wiring, conduit installation, panel support activities, cable management, grounding systems, and equipment mounting. Helps in running and organizing network and power cables for control systems, PLCs, switches, and communication panels. Prepares tools and materials, labels cables, performs basic testing, and ensures compliance with safety and operational procedures. Maintains a clean work area, assists during shutdowns and maintenance activities, and follows instructions to support continuous plant electrical and networking operations.
Experience
Previous experience as an electrician assistant is preferred.
Familiarity with industrial l electrician tasks is advantageous.
Experience working on Networking sites is beneficial.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
