Join BAE Systems' dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Manager, Data Center Operations, and play a critical role in protecting our nation's digital assets. As a leader in the cybersecurity field, you will manage the cybersecurity services for all Datacenter networks and environments at one of our data centers, ensuring compliance with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives. You will work closely with the customer, cybersecurity personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity posture of our data centers is maintained.
As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and solutions for datacenter networks and environments. You will manage subordinate management and/or experienced specialist employees who exercise significant latitude and independence. Your goal will be to ensure the cybersecurity services for all Datacenter networks and environments are managed effectively, and to act as a recognized expert, consultant, and advisor in the field of cybersecurity.

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field.
Certifications:
- DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Level 3 Certification within 6 months of starting position.
- DoD Top Secret clearance
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in managing cybersecurity services for datacenter networks and environments.
- Experience with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in cybersecurity, including experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to lead a team of experienced professionals.
- Experience with system administration in Windows and/or Linux.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

- Experience with system administration in Windows and/or Linux.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning and testing tools, such as Burp suite, Rapid7 Insight VM, Tenable Nessus, and similar platforms.
Additional Skills:
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Configuration Management/Document Management experience.
- Industry-recognized certificates in the field of expertise: CCSP, AWS-SEC, MCASEA, GPEN.
