Position Summary

Blue Rose is building a pre-vetted talent pool of qualified Administrative and Program Support professionals to support anticipated task orders with the

Selected applicants will be considered for immediate placement upon award of the contract (expected early 2026).

These roles will provide administrative, clerical, and program support to FPS regional and district offices, supporting law enforcement and facility security operations.

Positions

We are seeking candidates for multiple administrative levels:

  • Administrative Assistant
  • Secretary II
  • Secretary III
  • Program Analyst / Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, records, calendars, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare travel authorizations, vouchers, and timekeeping reports.
  • Maintain files, databases, and SharePoint-based tracking systems.
  • Support budget tracking and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with federal staff on scheduling, reporting, and data calls.
  • Provide general research and administrative support to FPS management and field staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all DHS security and privacy requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship (required).
  • Ability to pass DHS background investigation and suitability process.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Five (5) years of administrative or office management experience in a professional or federal environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with timekeeping, correspondence management, and document control.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior DHS or federal law enforcement administrative experience.
  • Active DHS or DoD suitability clearance.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, or other data management tools.
  • ISO 9001 or CMMI environment familiarity is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will be based on Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations by county and labor category (rates vary by location). Full-time employees will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package upon contract award.

Additional Details

This posting is part of Blue Rose's pre-award talent preparation initiative. Selected candidates will be placed on a contingent hire list and contracted upon contract award to confirm availability and begin onboarding. No work or compensation will begin until the contract award and task order release.
