Job Overview 
 
The Vice President of Growth at Tactical Systems is a strategic leader responsible for driving sustainable business expansion through data-driven marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization strategies for the Tactical Systems organization. This role oversees the Tactical Systems growth funnel- from awareness and conversion to retention-and collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, engineering and customer success teams to accelerate company performance and profitability. Strong customer relations with key customers and strategic networking with complementary partners will be key in executing successful campaigns to grow all levels of program success.

Essential Functions
- Create and implement the comprehensive growth strategy for Tactical Systems focused on scaling revenue, increasing customer acquisition, and improving lifetime value.
- Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships that align with organizational objectives and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Use analytics to monitor conversion metrics, improve lead quality, and reduce customer churn.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and operations to align on shared goals and ensure seamless execution of growth plans.
- Partner with product management to identify and implement growth-oriented product enhancements and user experiences.
- Oversee growth budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure optimal ROI on marketing and acquisition spend.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team across marketing, analytics, and digital strategy disciplines.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.
- Have an advanced knowledge of the UAV, USV and customer landscape to supercharge growth landscape.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong understanding of the defense technology workspace and Defense Industrial Base

Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- MBA preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in growth, marketing, or business development leadership roles.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with SaaS, digital products, CRM Business Data systems or high-growth environments preferred.
- DoD experience preferred
