FWI is building a team to provide Audio Visual/Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) Facilitator Support Services including hardware and software support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance across the Defense Logistics Agency enterprise on multiple classified and unclassified networks. As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary project manager overseeing the overall execution of AV/VTC support services, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner while coordinating with Government personnel, managing key contractor staff, and delivering required project plans, reports, and milestones across multiple DLA locations nationwide.

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the DLA facility in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project manager for a large, complex AV/VTC support services task order
- Coordinate with Government Contracting Officer, Task Order Managers, and DLA J6 management personnel
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation for all PWS requirements
- Prepare and deliver executive briefings, monthly status reports, and In-Process Reviews (IPRs)
- Manage key personnel assignments and ensure team compliance with security and certification requirements
- Attend coordination meetings to discuss milestones, task status, and resolve issues impacting progress
- Ensure timely submission of all contract deliverables and maintain quality control standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) OR four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields
- Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields
- Project Management certification required (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other equivalent nationally recognized certification)
- Secret Security Clearance is required
