Bluehawk is seeking a highly skilled Analytic Methodologist (Senior) to support the Office of Eurasia at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). In this role, you will apply advanced data science, quantitative analysis, and modeling techniques to address complex national security and intelligence challenges. You will collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and mission partners to develop and deliver actionable insights that enhance GEOINT production and decision-making.
Location: NGA - Washington, D.C.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly

Responsibilities
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analytic methods to solve complex problems involving large and diverse datasets.
- Conduct data mining, cleansing, and exploration of structured, unstructured, spatial, and temporal data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement data models, visualizations, and analytic tools to support intelligence assessments.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Integrate spatial analysis techniques (GIS), comparative modeling, and statistical approaches to enhance analytic rigor.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to design innovative analytic workflows and methodologies supporting the GEOINT mission.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience using quantitative, qualitative, and computational methods to solve analytic or operational problems.
- Experience working with GIS, data visualization tools, modeling, and systems analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience in data mining, cleansing, and analysis of spatial and non-spatial data.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (may substitute for 3 years of experience); Master's degree (may substitute for 2 years).
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) or related IC mission.
- Background in geospatial data science, modeling, or advanced statistical methods.
- Familiarity with analytic automation, machine learning, or visualization tools (Tableau, ArcGIS, etc.).
