RMGS, Inc.is currently recruiting a Program Manager for JEB Little Creek, VA.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative Active Component training program including records, reports, tracking qualifications, and training materials
- Executing the readiness program for the command
- Coordinating Sustainment Integrated Training Exercises (SITE)
- Scheduling and planning Beach Integrated Training Exercises (BITE)
- Assisting Landing Craft Air Cushion Training Team (LCCTT) in developing letters of instruction and certifications, drill packages/drill cards and after-action reports;
- Serving as the basic phase schools/facilities coordinator
- Serving as the admin coordination for Surface Force Training Readiness Manual Naval Beach Group training to Detachment OIC/AOIC and crew members
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain.
- Knowledge of the Surface Force Training Manual 3502.7 (SFTRM).
- Skilled at submitting range reservations and training site requests using Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS).
- Knowledgeable concerning Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
- Having experience in data and word processing formats required to maintain and process data, and to provide rapid access to specific information.
- Skilled at using Training and Operational Readiness Information Services (TORIS).
- Have a minimum of 10 years of U.S. Military Active or Reserve experience (if Reserve, to include detailing and drilling requirements).
- Having a four-year degree from an accredited institution can be substituted for four years of the required experience outlined above.
- Knowledgeable concerning skills requested in FLTMPS, CANTRAC, eNTRS, SharePoint, EXCEL, and Word.
