Essential Duties:
As a key member of a USfalcon team supporting a United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) Acquisition Support Services Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) task order (TO) you will:
- Provide directorate-level support for human resources (HR), personnel management, infrastructure support, and associated information management activities.
- Serve as a Team Lead to provide daily supervision and quality control of a 10 to 17-person team of HR and Administrative Professionals, Training Managers, Acquisition Specialists, and Manpower and Personnel Specialists
- Represent USfalcon and be responsible for the performance of the team's work throughout the term of the contract.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR experience that includes coordinating and facilitating military and civilian training/professional development, awards, and performance management programs; conducting manpower analysis including military manning and civilian manpower analysis; and in-processing personnel.
- Contractor experience effectively managing teams performing similar Organizational Support Services (OSS) (HR, personnel management, and infrastructure support) tasks.
- Experience providing efficient and effective customer service; maintaining project support and continuity; and providing quality and timely services and products.
- Experience recommending approved and implemented efficiencies and process improvements that have streamlined and improved standards, plans, and processes for the Government and for contractor/contract operations.
Education:
- Master's degree in related field
