Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support desktop hardware and virtual machines
- Provide program engineering and productivity application support
- Perform CVE and POAM remediation activities
- Perform Domain account manage and access management
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting
- Assist with planning and perform execution of upgrades to hardware and software
- Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues
- Support onsite and virtual employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- Current CompTIA Security+ Certification
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Exchange user management
- Experience with end user Virtual machine technologies
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with desktop image capturing and deployment
