At Lockheed Martin's Moorestown, NJ location, we are pushing the boundaries of defense technology by developing advanced systems that support national security. Our Test Site Lab Management Team plays a crucial role in supporting System Security Engineering (SSE) initiatives within test environments that drive innovation and ensure the integrity of mission-critical systems like the AEGIS Weapon System.
The Work
The Test Site Engineering Team is seeking a Site Integration Specialist to support ongoing Mission Systems development laboratory efforts at the Mission Systems Engineering Center (MSEC) and the Naval Systems Computing Center (NSCC) facility in Moorestown, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
• Support NSCC Aegis Weapon/Combat System installations and system integration at the hardware and interface level for U.S. Navy, MDA, LCS, and Coast Guard programs. This includes, but is not limited to:
o Cabling design, implementation, and troubleshooting
o NTDS and TCP/IP switching (specifying, procuring, and configuring)
o Reviewing and updating site design documentation
o Providing support to CSEDS and its labs as required
• Assist with all aspects of tactical system computing equipment integration and debugging, using site documentation and associated test equipment.
• Design and document laboratory and test bed interfaces.
• Liaise with development program Integration and Test personnel to support lab operations.
• Coordinate with facility engineering during lab space planning phases to characterize hardware requirements (space, power, and cooling).
• Translate test requirements into laboratory and test bed configurations.
• Assist with equipment installation and overall laboratory activation activities.
• Support test operations staff with lab/system configuration and setup verification.
• Lead the team's transition to common toolsets and Agile methodologies

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of technical experience or equivalent education/experience.
Professional background in IT, hardware engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience supporting hardware/software development or support teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience with the AEGIS Weapon System and knowledge of AWS Combat System Elements.
Understanding of GFE Management and Moorestown lab procedures.
Hands-on experience with electronic test tools (oscilloscopes, cable testers, DMMs, RF analyzers).
Familiarity with creating labor plans and CBOMs for lab activations.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of TI16 Mod0/Mod1 system architecture and AEGIS Computing Infrastructure.

• Familiar with the use of Electronic Test Equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Network Cable Testers, DMM's and RF Network Analyzers.
• Familiar with creating labor plans and CBOM inputs for integration efforts
• Ability to work under general direction and independently determine and develop approach to solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
