We are seeking an experienced Capacity and Roadmap Integrator to coordinate capacity planning and manage the Capability Modernization Roadmap as part of the F-22 Weapon Systems Product Integration Team (PIT).
The PIT coordinates and ensures overall technical execution for the F-22 Weapon Systems releases.
What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the F-22 engineering future roadmaps, forecasting, and capacity assessments
• Improve and maintain Capacity Modeling Tool Web application
• Drive proper engineering commitments for resource needs and customer expectations
• Develop system engineering processes and tools to insure repeatability and accuracy in forecasting
• Align customer priorities across multiple funding sources; responsible for understanding and balancing customer gaps, needs, and requirements
• Evaluate and pursue opportunities for collaboration with the customer
• Partner with stakeholders, working with Aero business and broader Lockheed Martin enterprise on key initiatives
• Align with counterparts in the business and the enterprise to determine strategy, road-maps, technical direction and Digital Transformation roadmaps
• Provide needed data to the enterprise planning program team
• Drive external customer engagements - understanding their needs and sharing concepts

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior systems engineering and planning experience
• Systems Requirement experience
• Software Development experience
• Experience working cross functionally with both internal and external customers
• Data analytics experience
• Interim Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Weapon Systems development experience (CNI, PVI, EW, Radar, IRST, OSA, etc.)
• Web App Development Experience
• Python Scripting Experience
• Project Engineering
• Agile Methodology
• Capability Lifecyle Management
• Knowledge on BOE and Proposal process
• EVMS/CAM experience
• Streamlit experience
• SQL and Database engine experience
• User Interface Design and Development experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
