As the primary HR partner for the Fort Smith site, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders alike. You'll help align people strategies with business objectives, build engagement, and ensure our teams are supported to perform at their best. You're a proactive and collaborative HR professional who thrives on connection and impact. You know how to balance empathy with accountability, and you're skilled at helping leaders and teams navigate change. You're comfortable working across multiple sites, using data to guide decisions, and building relationships that strengthen both people and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of related experience
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist experience and/or experience in multiple HR disciplines
• Proven ability to provide effective virtual support to a dispersed workforce
• Experience interacting with both employees and all levels of leadership
• Proven experience conducting investigations to include information and data gathering, analyzing information, and validating conclusions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated proficiency in coaching and influencing skills
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience working in military or other government contracting industries - aerospace or defense preferred
• Knowledge and or experience working under Service Contract Act (SCA)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a challenging business related environment
• Demonstrated ability to build effective cross functional and cross site relationships
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader

- Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
