Description:Primary facilities operations lead for Enterprise Operations (EO) entities aligned to enterprise facilities pool (EBDT, GFS, HRS, Corp ESHS). Responsible for development and execution of the facilities pool overhead and capital budgets. Ensure the successful facilities operation of EO owned and leased facilities as well as management of operations of EO populations in Business Area hosted facilities. Coordinate the execution of EO facilities building projects, Identifying requirements, developing budgets and arraigning for project management with host or LMCPI PM organization. Ensures adequate space is acquired for EO personnel and that occupancy of this space is optimized. Operational responsibility for EO space in Orlando E8, Lakeland, and Sarasota, FL. Oversight management of LMCPI King of Prussia Campus including approval of all facility infrastructure overhead and capital spend. Coordination with LM Space staff as the facilities management entity of the campus. Oversees execution of lease agreements for Corp Headquarters International registration offices. Oversee the Corporate Asset Redeployment process. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
-Candidate will have at least 15 years experience with facilities or facilities adjacent role (Security, Production, ESH)
-Candidate will have good knowledge of facilities electrical and mechanical system including operation and replacement and building control systems.
-Candidate will have experience in procurement of facilities related material and services.
-Candidate will have experience creating a statement of work for operations services, selecting and managing subcontractors.
Desired Skills:
-Candidate will have experience with defining requirements, setting up and operating data center environments.
-Understanding of classified environments.
-Experience in space planning, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, Asset Redeployment.
-Understanding of the corporate facilities structure and facilities portfolio to include BA locations.
-Experience with Operations and Maintenance and Project Management and Facilities Condition Assessment.
-Experience with the eCER tool.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
