Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Security Representative with experience in program management and NISPOM (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual) compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and overseeing the requirements of 32 CFR 117 and supporting and maintaining government regulations for programs within our King of Prussia, PA facility.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with the implementation and oversight of 32 CFR 117 requirements for programs

* Completion of the CDSE (Center for Development of Security Excellence) Facility Security Officer (FSO) training for possessing facilities

* Proven experience in managing and overseeing security programs

* Strong understanding of NISPOM and related regulations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive collaboration across organizations
Desired Skills:
Prior Experience in the following systems and tools:
+ SIMS (Security Information Management System)
+ DART (Defense Automated Resource Tracking)
+ DISS (Defense Information System for Security)
+ NISS (National Industrial Security System)

Prior experience as a:
+ Facility Security Officer (FSO)
+ Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO)

Completion of the following OPSEC (Operations Security) courses:
+ OPSEC Analysis course
+ OPSEC Program Manager course

Experience with OPSEC principles and practices, including the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities

Lead comprehensive annual and bi‑annual compliance assessments at the King of Prussia site, ensuring full alignment with government industrial security regulations (e.g., NISPOM).

Developed assessment schedules and checklists, coordinated cross‑functional audit teams.

Produced detailed reports with corrective‑action tracking, achieving on‑time completion.

Conducted post‑assessment debriefs and continuous‑improvement working groups to embed lessons learned into policies, training, and processes
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
