Position Overview

Creek Technologies pending contract reward with Brooke Army Medical Center is seeking an experienced Graphics Designer / Photography - Level III to deliver advanced visual content through graphics, photography, and videography. This role performs more complex and varied tasks than Level II, including project leadership, mentoring, and high-level creative execution. Level III specialists maintain catalogs of work, manage equipment, and produce high-quality digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and design graphics, photography, and videography services for organizational projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized catalog of completed work for easy access, archival, and reference.
  • Set up and take down required equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and props.
  • Use editing software to perform audio, video, and still image edits, as well as advanced graphic design tasks.
  • Ensure final products meet quality standards and are delivered in digital and print formats as mission requires.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, project leads, and stakeholders to align visual content with organizational objectives.
  • Mentor junior graphics or multimedia staff, providing guidance on best practices and creative execution.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in digital media, graphics, and photography.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Digital Media, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in graphics, photography, videography, or multimedia production.
  • Certifications: Not required.
  • Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 (T1) background investigation
