Position Overview

Creek Technologies pending contract reward with Brooke Army Medical Center is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist - Level III to provide advanced technical support and serve as a high-level escalation point for complex IT issues. This role specializes in certain technologies, resolves moderate to highly complex problems, and provides guidance to junior service desk staff. Level III specialists perform the most challenging service desk tasks and contribute to maintaining enterprise IT operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to end-user questions and technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve moderate to highly complex hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Act as the primary escalation path for Level I and II technicians.
  • Provide specialized support in certain technologies to assist the customer base.
  • Support call overflow during peak periods and provide coverage during off-peak hours.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and support actions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior service desk staff.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions, maintain system reliability, and improve service processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of enterprise systems, applications, and supported technologies.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in IT support or related technical assistance.
  • Certifications:
    • IAT II: Must meet DoD 8570.01-M certification requirements.
    • CE: Professional-level certification for supported technology, as approved by the COR.
  • Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 (T3) background investigation
