As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver - Part Time in Spanaway, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will perform routine patrols, support access control, and interact with employees and visitors to provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business premises and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and/or employees by providing information or directions as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal management and other site personnel to address security-related concerns specific to the aerospace and defense environment.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
