Job Description

As a Security Officer - Aero/Defense Patrol Driver in Auburn, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. You will remain visible, conduct regular patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the site and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and report irregularities.
• Work collaboratively with location personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related issues as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
