Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an AI Program Management Associate to support innovative business improvement and modernization projects for the U.S. Air Force at Los Angeles Air Force Base. This role involves program management, strategic communications, and facilitating adoption of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
Location: El Segundo, CA
Key Responsibilities
• Support project management and services for innovative business improvement initiatives
• Create strategic communication products for senior leadership and workforce reporting
• Communicate with Program Managers and customer POCs
• Develop materials for program management coaching to help innovation project owners succeed, including pitch coaching and incubation of bottom-up innovation projects
• Facilitate workshops to strengthen team collaboration, communication, and efficiency
• Support purchase, development, implementation, and adoption of AI tools
• Conduct research to align regulations and policies with acquisition management gaps and justify pilots or prototypes
• Build, test, and maintain project management tools and templates; decommission outdated tools
• Develop and track success metrics by setting up data collection processes, monitoring project impact, generating reports, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 5+ years of related experience (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Experience leading or supporting business process improvement, innovation, program management, and transformation projects
• Proficiency in program management tools
• Experience facilitating large teams and workshops
• General familiarity with Artificial Intelligence as a user and developer
• Basic knowledge of Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Familiarity with leading commercial practices for innovation management
• Understanding of business improvement processes and strategic impact initiatives
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:
- $160,000 - $190,000 (Based on years of relevant experience)
