This position is for a Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) that has the ability to stratify engineering disciplines, project teams, and crews in the pursuit of analyzing organizational systems to find more efficient ways of doing things. If you obsess over optimization problems and find one-handed puzzle-cube solving while blind-folded fun, this is the job for you. What You’ll Do:
To be the collaborative MBSE we need, you’ll be expected to broadly impact projects across Infinity Labs utilizing your skills and subject matter expertise in leading scientific and engineering projects. You’ll need to be able to communicate with other stakeholders, employ critical thinking, and utilize problem-solving skills and a genuine interest and aptitude for continuous learning. Within this position, you will be provided the opportunity to foster a rigorous systems engineering and product life cycle management across Infinity Labs by developing and utilizing your expertise in processes and products that up system designs. You will partner with technical program teams to identify, recommend, improve, and implement modern systems engineering processes/tools/environments that specifically support Digital Engineering Strategies and MBSE implementations.
Develop performance requirements for complex systems and systems of systems
Develop system-level functional and physical architectures, including interface definitions
Develop design of experiments (DOE), analysis strategies, approaches, and plans to verify subsystem and system performance against requirements
Perform detailed analysis of modeling and simulation results
Present design and analysis results to customers both internally and externally
Support end to end modeling threads, descriptive and analytical, connecting design requirements to verification results

Minimum Qualifications | What You’ll Bring:
12+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer with experience in processes and goals, including but not limited to development of use cases, requirements analysis (derivation and development), functional and behavioral systems analysis, and decomposition of system and subsystems
4+ years of familiarity and understanding of MBSE and SysML
Familiarity with testing and verification process and events to support acquisition cycle and systems development
Familiarity with System Engineering processes within the Department of Defense (DoD), including DoDAF and ongoing Digital Transformation initiatives

Education/Credentials:
B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering -- or a related STEM field.
US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
Nice to Have -- Top Secret level clearance with current SCI access.
Acceptable -- Secret level clearance

Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
