Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire aSr Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
Critical success factors for candidates will include a dynamic leadership presence with a demonstrated success in mentoring and developing junior Analysts.

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the EVMS compliance of major suppliers for the Sentinel program.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and process improvement, maintain execution velocity in a highly dynamic environment, and engage with all levels of stakeholders.
- Perform independent analysis of Sentinel suppliers' IPMDAR documenting quality issues.
- Coordinate and conduct EVMS surveillance events (requires significant travel) to assess compliance of suppliers' Earned Value Management System and issue findings or actions, as applicable.
- Work with suppliers on root cause and corrective actions for findings from the surveillance events.
- Brief the results of surveillance events to leadership and SMT stakeholders.
- Coordinate and drive supplier IBRs to completion.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Mentor and train junior level analysts.
- Partner with leadership to translate organizational objectives and strategies into program level tactics.
- Maintain compliance with all NGC policies, internal controls, and disclosed practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
- Requires a bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a master's degree; or 12 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree
- Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel(including Pivot tables, Vlook Up, VBA and/or Macros)
- Requires experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
- Requires 3 years experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques in an Aerospace & Defense environment
- Requires availability for periodic travel per position needs
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or a Master's Degree in a Business-related field
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and closure skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with different stakeholders and levels of professionals and management
