Description:You will be part of the Metrics Team for the Combat Systems Operations organization. Our team is responsible for developing metrics dashboards supporting multiple directorates and Lines of Business (LOB) in the Aeronautics Engineering and Technology (E&T) Organization. Our team coordinates metrics requirements from Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations, E&T, Programs and product development processes, and provides dashboard platforms for data analysis and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Combat Systems Metrics team member you will be responsible for defining, documenting and developing dashboards for the F-35 Program. You will be working with F-35 internal customer and serve as the primary point of contact for the metrics dashboard requirements gathering, development and deployment. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing dashboards, Confluence and SharePoint sites. This work done by this team has high visibility and often under high pressure with quick turnaround solutions.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:
• Understanding of organizational metrics and/or data analytics
• Experience building dashboards on large data sets including reporting of results using Python, SQL
• Knowledge of Agile practices, Confluence, JIRA and/or GitLab
• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited college/university
• Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access and a Secret clearance after starting.
Desired Skills:
• Experience building Tableau dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to use Alteryx
• Working on Agile teams
• Familiarity with predictive analytics using AI
• Software development in GitLab
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated person willing to work independently with little supervision
• Experience leading or collaborating with working groups of subject matter experts
• Master's degree in business, engineering management or related field
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
