Description:In this role you will be part of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Hardware Team supporting Communication, Navigation and Identification (CNI) systems on F-16 aircraft.
• Support design, development, integration, test and production of Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) subsystems for F-16 Programs and interface heavily with external suppliers and customers.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise for ensuring resolution of all technical issues encountered in the F-16 IFF subsystem.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM related discipline.
- Experience with development, production or sustainment of Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) and/or CNI systems.
- Experience with integration and troubleshooting of hardware subsystems.
Desired Skills:
- MATLAB coding experience, ideally for converting and analyzing flight test performance data
- Experience working with external and internal teams to identify, determine root-cause, and resolve IFF technical failures
- Experience in Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Ground and Flight Testing for Air Traffic Control Radar Beacon System, Identification Friend or Foe, and Mark XII Systems (AIMS) Certification

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
