You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous quality standards, methods, and procedures that ensure our customers receive exceptional products.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-STEM Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education
-3 or more years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as a team player.
-Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
-This position requires the ability to obtain a secret clearance and must obtain an interim secret prior to start so therefore all candidates need to be US Citizens
Desired Skills:
-STEM bachelors degree or higher preferred
-AS9102 First Article Inspection experience
-Team lead experience, formal or informal
-ASQ CQE.
-Discrete and/or Micro-electronics experience.
-Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action development.
-Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma application.
-J-STD-001/IPC-A-610 familiarization.

- Performing assessments and audits to ensure compliance with specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards (ISO 9001 & AS9100).
- Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality‑related matters.
