What We're Doing
Our Team, the Modeling and Simulation Contract for Framework and Tools (MASC-F)
team, is constantly engineering, developing and integrating new capabilities for the U.S. Missile
Defense System. MASC-F develops and sustains the simulation framework supporting the MDA's test needs.

Who You Are
You are a technically proficient systems engineer that will serve as an agile team Product Owner with a strong background in writing and maintaining requirements to shape new product capabilities. You will be working with users and customers to get direct product feedback, creating MBSE artifacts, and working in a sprint cadence with an agile team to ensure their work aligns with Product Management's release schedule. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about mentoring others while maintaining high-quality engineering standards. You're a problem-solver who's comfortable working with complex systems and has a deep commitment to mission-critical work.

The Work
• Develop and maintain requirements
• Elaborate new capabilities with clear acceptance criteria for completion
• Follow and own requirements all the way from conception to formal verification in Formal Qualification Tests (FQTs)
• Generate MBSE artifacts in Cameo
• Work with Product Management to prioritize new capability work for an agile development team
• Work directly with MDA and users to shape new work and product enhancements in scope

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have an Interim DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher to be considered
• Experience in full life cycle of systems engineering
• Experience developing system models/MBSE
• Experience writing and maintaining requirements in DOORs or other requirement management tools
• Understanding of Agile development practices
• Experience writing acceptance criteria/verification criteria
Desired Skills:
• Experience being a Product Owner
• Experience with ground test events
• Experience using Cameo for MBSE
• Experience with the Objective Simulation Framework
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
