This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Financial Analyst Liaison to join our team! In this role you will get to work side by side with the government customer in their space.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing standard methods for tracking and reporting programs, acquisition strategies, and project statuses across portfolios.
- Processing MIPRs and monitoring financial execution.
- Preparing and supporting delivery of presentations to assist with program/initiative/portfolio status reviews to assist with program decision making.
- Conducting identification, assessment, and advocacy of current and future operational cyberspace requirements across combatant commands.
- Conducting Functional Needs Assessments (FNA) and Functional Area Analyses (FAA) of Concept Plans (CONPLAN) and Operational Plans (OPLAN) to determine the adequacy of Service components and supporting agencies to deliver cyberspace effects.
- Apply advanced business analytics to examine data related to budget, finance, schedule, capabilities, and processes, to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for the improvement of deficiencies, omissions, and gaps.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 12+ years experience with a Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance/Accounting, Strategic Intelligence or related discipline.
- Experience in budgeting or analysis within DoD and/or commercial organizations, 10 years with a Masters degree.
- Direct DoD or Military budget experience/background.
- Experience with Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMs) or Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) budget system desired.
- Developing standard methods for tracking and reporting programs, acquisition strategies, and project statuses across portfolios.
- Experience monitoring financial execution.
- Requires TS/SCI with Poly.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience with processing MIPRs.
- Apply advanced business analytics to examine data related to budget, finance, schedule, capabilities, and processes, to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for the improvement of deficiencies, omissions, and gaps.
- Conduct records and knowledge management activities for cyber capability and portfolio management activities including drafting program plans and documentation.
