Key Responsibilities
Support Flight Operations by updating, retrieving, and recommending updates to Technical Data in accordance with Ground Operations Procedures.
Use the Aircraft Flight Reporting System (AFRS) and Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) to analyze BIT data and support aircraft flight activities.
Perform aircrew debriefing functions, including video download, storage, and review for engineering, program management, and customer personnel.
Assist with mission loads, video checkout, and data center operations.
Investigate simple technical, maintenance, and operational issues not resolvable by the customer.
Support troubleshooting activities to determine root causes and safety implications.
Prepare and deliver routine in-service reports and correspondence to ensure safe and efficient operation of aircraft systems.
Coordinate technical communications between customers, suppliers, and Boeing resources.
Must be available to work weekends and overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a military aircrew or aircraft maintenance career field.
Basic understanding of computer operations and functionality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military aircrew and/or avionics maintenance experience.
Familiarity with Technical Manual publication structures and military maintenance practices.
Strong organizational and ownership skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and stakeholders.
