Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, plan, and oversee MH-139 aircraft maintenance, repair, and release operations.
Supervise and manage maintenance activities to meet daily flight schedules.
Inspect aircraft and certify all maintenance tasks and Aircraft/Engine Logbook entries.
Ensure compliance with maintenance control processes, including the Exceptional Release procedure.
Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet operational timelines.
Support flight line operations with O-level experience and technical accuracy.
Work rotating shifts and travel as needed for mission support.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment supporting configuration management and release for flight.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operational and organizational maintenance or flight operations.
Willingness to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional Release / “Safe for Flight” Certification experience.
Prior experience with military aircraft maintenance (preferably MH-139/AW139 systems).
Working knowledge of AFI 21-101, related AFIs, OIs, and Command Directives.
Expert in 781 Series Aircraft Forms.
MH-139/AW139 flight operations background.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience,
OR Master’s degree with 4+ years,
OR equivalent 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
