PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management, preferably in defense or aerospace
- Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement
- Experience with Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), or related defense technologies is preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
RESPONSIBITIES
- Lead cradle-to-grave contract administration for CUAS initiatives
- Develop and analyze acquisition strategies during pre-solicitation phases
- Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, subcontracts, and prime contracts
- Prepare acquisition documentation including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
- Conduct market research and support drafting of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and sources sought notices
- Monitor contract execution, funding, modifications, and performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Department of Defense (DoD) directives
- Collaborate with program management, Army Contracting Command, and industry partners
- Support the development of Contract Requirement Packages and Simplified Acquisition Management Plans
- Provide acquisition guidance to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Manage property delivery and transfer under both FAR-based and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracts
