Job Description
As a Security Officer - Industrial Site - Driving Patrol in Buckeye, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.
 
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to everyone onsite. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a people-first, team-driven environment where your integrity and agility are valued. This position requires a valid driver's license in the state where you are applying.

What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the site in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Communicate and collaborate with on-site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
- Document and report any incidents, observations, or suspicious activities according to company procedures.
- Assist with emergency response activities as required by location protocols.

- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
