Job Overview
The Vice President of Growth Operations and Internal Sales is a strategic executive responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through the integration of sales enablement, operational excellence, and data-driven strategy. This role oversees the design, execution, and optimization of internal sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and growth operations to align with corporate objectives. The VP partners cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and operations to accelerate pipeline performance and ensure operational scalability. Will be responsible for Proposal Center, Business Data Analytics Cell, Capture Team, Solutions Engineering and Tech Writing.

Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on revenue expansion, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- Align internal sales initiatives and processes with broader go-to-market and business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to define growth priorities and resource allocation to support.
- Oversee end-to-end growth operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales enablement, analytics, and process optimization.
- Implement systems and tools to improve sales productivity, data accuracy, and performance visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI analysis, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Manage budgeting, planning, and performance metrics to ensure profitable growth.
- Lead and develop the internal sales team, including inside sales, sales operations, and customer success functions.
- Build and refine sales playbooks, training programs, and performance standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the sales organization.
- Ensure that sales teams are equipped with the insights, tools, and processes needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation, conversion strategies, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to align offerings and execution with customer and market needs.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR to align compensation structures and workforce planning with growth goals.
- Leverage analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities, assess performance, and guide strategic investments.
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer trends to proactively adjust strategies.
- Align Growth team and processes with larger business functions and teams to ensure seamless business integration
