Job Details

- Lancaster, PA, Onsite
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
The Work You'll Do
Acting as a personal assistant for the CEO. Includes tasks such as:
- Managing the CEO's mailbox and schedule.
- Coordinating business meetings and social events including securing spaces, organizing food and activities, setup, clean-up and representing the company as a host as needed
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
- Coordinating travel and processing, expense reports
- Other duties as requested
- Discretion is essential in this role
Office Support. Includes tasks such as:
- Answering phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate department, and taking messages as needed
- Scheduling meetings
- Assist HR with onboarding actions for new employees including supporting new hire orientation activities, coordinating company sponsors, and welcome activities
- Maintaining an inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and company swag
- Purchasing general office supplies including breakroom and general building supplies
- Performing light cleaning duties such as tidying up, restocking the breakroom, maintaining the office vegetation, and removing trash
- Maintain organization chart
- Assist with annual and quarterly review administrative actions
- Order awards
- Assist as needed with expense roper entry for Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and manage monthly All Hands meetings, lunch and learns and other employee morale events.
Business Development Support. Includes tasks such as:
- Assist with pre- and post-award paperwork, including reviewing documentation for accuracy, completing contract briefs, completing vendor paperwork, and coordinating calls if needed.
- Assist with securing Certificates of Insurance
- Assist with scheduling and coordination for tradeshows, conferences, and speaking events as requested.

What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
