Description

The Project Coordinator position's primary function would be Change Management Coordinator.Secondarily, it includes administrative functions within the projects group.

Change Management Coordinator (CMC):
Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for providing comprehensive guidance to FLSD personnel and Facilities Support Contractors regarding the formal notification and coordination process for changes to the critical infrastructure. This individual facilitates and supports the Change Management Board (CMB) process and adjacent processes in their entirety. This is expected to occupy 50% of full-time support.

Administrative Project Coordinator:
Provides a variety of administrative support and project coordination, serving as the functional backbone for the projects team. These duties make up the remaining 50% of the full-time support after CMC responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Periodically review/edit the CMB Policy documents/forms.
  • Coordinate/run CMB meetings.
  • Schedule CMB operations.
  • Consolidate SME comments on CMB documents.
  • Ensure document owners update MOPs, SOPs, MAs, etc., per SME comments.
  • Assign and track CMB reviews to ensure timely and complete review/commenting by SMEs.
  • Take and issue CMB meeting minutes.
  • Serve as the facilitator for the Work Order Review Board, evaluating all facility maintenance requests and assigning them to appropriate trades.
  • Assist Project Managers by gathering project-related contractor site visits and submitting all visitors to base, ADF-C compound, and specific areas within the compound as needed.
  • Submit DBiDS card issue requests for longer-term project team visitors/contractors.
  • Maintain a database of visitors and track expiration dates for visit/DBiDS; be proactive in renewal.
  • Maintain and clean up project folders.
  • Support Site standard review process.
  • Support WAR consolidation process.
  • Office administrative duties including ordering printer paper, obtaining cartridges from the Consolidated Services Center (CSC), updating the monthly planner board, and other assigned duties.
  • Assign and track Site Standards and publish to Procore on 1 April and 1 October each year.
  • WAR information collection and submittal.
  • Provide support in Procore, Confluence, TALON, and LMI.


Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • At least seven years of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience.
  • Experience participating productively as a team member.
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
  • Strong command of English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure to ensure written materials are clear and formatted correctly.
  • Experience with protocol and precedence; knowledge of Agency/IC/DoD structure, regulations, directives, and policies.
  • Experience working independently, anticipating and adapting to changing mission requirements and managing multiple tasks with minimal guidance.


Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
