About the Role
We are seeking experienced Information Systems Architect Seniors specializing in SharePoint to join our team at the Quantico Marine Base. In this role, you will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of advanced IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. You will work closely with leadership to define technical direction, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement complex business and technical IT solutions.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with cost projections.
Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and best practices.
Coach and mentor team members in system development methodologies and project management.
Ensure systems are designed for efficiency, scalability, and integration across platforms.
Establish and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in coordination with support teams.
Provide technical expertise in support of proposals and marketing initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong background in information security, privacy, and assurance.
Experience in complex IT environments involving cross-discipline functions.
Expertise in SharePoint, including Canvas Apps and Power Apps.
Proven ability to align IT strategies with organizational objectives.
