Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking a Financial Lead (FL) to work in Tampa, FL. A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence Polygraph is required to be considered for this position. This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.
Responsibilities:
The Financial Lead (FL) will provide enterprise-level financial strategy, management, and audit oversight for the EAGLE-I program. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant financial execution in support of USSOCOM’s ISR, SATCOM, and operational technology priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting
Conduct cost forecasting, EVM (Earned Value Management), and variance analysis
Interface directly with USSOCOM financial stakeholders to align contract spend with mission needs
Ensure financial compliance with DoD cost control regulations and audit standards
Manage subcontractor financial oversight and invoicing workflows
Support executive decision-making with financial risk analyses and mitigation strategies
Required Experience/Skills:
U.S. Citizen; must possess an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Minimum 5 years of financial management experience within the last 10 years on DoD or Joint programs of similar complexity
At least one project supporting intelligence or special operations support requirements
Familiarity with USSOCOM resource management processes and PPBE cycle
Desired Experience / Skills:
5+ years of financial analysis experience managing diverse client portfolios.
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification from AGA (preferred)
Education:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Certifications:
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification from AGA (preferred)
Clearance:
Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility and Counter Intelligence Polygraph
Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
