Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is currently seeking a cleared Senior Transition Analyst to support Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Requirements:

1. Experience preferably in an R&D environment and assisting with technology transition
2. Demonstrated creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving financial, business,
administrative, or program management problems.
3. Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and
tracking financial milestones; creating and coordinating budget and acquisition documents; organizing meetings; developing briefings to technical and non-technical audiences; DoD policies and regulations; and interacting with multiple internal and external personnel with excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills on a daily basis.
4. Demonstrated proficiency using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
5. DoD experience highly desirable with at least two (2) years working with DARPA is highly desirable.
6. At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree required.

Clearance:
• Current Secret required, DoD Top Secret Clearance preferred, SCI eligible.

Position requires coming in the office, some telework possible.
