Tuknik Government Services,a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Generative AI Analyst / Tester to support TGS and our government customer. This is a remote opportunity.

The Generative AI Analyst / Tester will be responsible for creating and assisting in the creation of new requirements documents that result from use-case review and discovery sessions, as well as testing all solutions. This hybrid role combines traditional business analysis responsibilities with specialized expertise in generative AI testing and evaluation. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that AI-powered automation solutions meet business requirements while maintaining quality and performance standards. The Generative AI Analyst / Tester will participate in the use case discovery sessions, assist the team in a range of strategic planning activities, produce analysis documentation, and create test cases that they will then execute to ensure the quality of all solutions.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans for generative AI tools and applications
  • Evaluate AI model outputs for accuracy, relevance, bias, and alignment with business objectives
  • Perform prompt engineering testing to optimize AI system responses
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for AI-powered features and workflows
  • Assess AI tool performance
  • Document and track AI system behaviors, anomalies, and improvement opportunities

Business Analysis Functions:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI / automation use cases
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories based on requirements
  • Develop process maps and workflow documentation
  • Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired AI-enabled future state
  • Support change management activities and user training initiatives

Quality Assurance & Governance:
  • Establish testing standards and best practices for generative AI applications
  • Ensure compliance with responsible AI principles and ethical guidelines
  • Monitor and report on AI system performance metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Generative AI Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
  • Business Analysis: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
  • Documentation: Strong skills in creating technical documentation, test plans, and requirements specifications
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices and ethical considerations.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security requirements for AI systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years prior management or technology consulting experience, preferably in the Public Sector/Federal Government.
  • Experience gathering requirements remotely, working in a fully remote setting, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development processes.
  • Experience in requirements development for applications, experiences, websites, products, and services that balance user needs, business objectives, and technological constraints.
  • Experience producing client-facing deliverables and presentations and participating in client meetings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to function, adapt, and succeed in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and motivation to deliver the highest quality work.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define your own tasks.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Security Requirement:
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
