As a Airport Law Enforcement Officer in Honolulu, HI, you'll serve on the front line of aviation security-ensuring public safety, safeguarding airport facilities, and upholding the spirit of aloha through professional service. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to support a positive atmosphere. This position requires you to be armed and to operate a vehicle as part of your responsibilities. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.
Position Type: Part Time - Morning
Pay Rate: $28.86 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.58. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Each LEO will possess the following minimum qualifications (NO EXCEPTIONS):
To be considered, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level)
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying)
- Valid Driver's License
- Law Enforcement Officer License
- 22+ years of age
What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using strong communication and observation skills.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout designated areas, including building interiors and the surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate authorities and/or Allied Universal management.
- Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities as directed by Allied Universal and site protocols.
- Interact professionally with the public, staff, and local authorities, fostering a positive presence at the location.

- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or have equivalent experience.
- Must be at least 22 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
