Mission:

The Senior Data & Storage Integration Engineer blends infrastructure management with advanced analytics to support innovation across complex technical landscapes.
Position Summary:
You’ll lead the design and deployment of resilient NetApp storage solutions, develop analytics models to enable informed decision-making, optimize system performance, and drive data protection and integration across enterprise infrastructure. Your work ensures our clients maximize data and storage assets for strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, configure, and manage NetApp storage systems and protocols (NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, FC)
• Drive performance monitoring, provisioning, virtualization, and configuration of storage infrastructure
• Develop, maintain, and optimize statistical models, analytics pipelines, and ETL solutions
• Implement and manage data protection technologies (SnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapRestore), backup, DR, and consolidation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data movement, capacity planning, and integration with cloud/virtualization platforms
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree with 10+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years' relevant experience
• Proven NetApp systems experience and familiarity with NetApp tools (OnCommand, Active IQ, System Manager)
• Strong scripting (Python, R) and advanced analytics abilities
• Deep knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and enterprise networking
• Excellent analytical skills and written/verbal communication
Requirements:
• CompTIA Storage+ or equivalent certification
• Experience documenting technical solutions and managing cross-functional projects
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a 24/7 enterprise environment
